If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused packets within five (5) working days from the date of receipt. To initiate a return, please email us at(Your company Email) with the subject line: “Refund Request – Order Number [Your Order Number]”.

Our payment partner, PayU Payments Private Limited, will process the refund to your bank account within seven (15) days.

In the case of chargebacks, Dry Nuts will provide the necessary transaction and delivery details to the respective payment service provider within five (5) days of receiving the chargeback notification.
